His passion for training began when he got certified as a Train the Trainer in Kotak, and as an additional responsibility conducted multiple training workshops in General Banking, Selling and Leadership Skills, Communication skills and other soft skills for Kotak employees including the induction training for incumbents under License to Operate Programme. Apart from his rich Management and Leadership skills, Rohit’s skills in Training Domain includes Personality Development, Communication Skills (Presentation, Group Discussions, Debates, Non-Verbals, Listening Skills), Selling Skills, Leadership Skills, Various Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation & Persuasions.
